The situation

Vishal has run Quakers Hill Tennis School in north-west Sydney for almost five years, growing it from 30 or 40 players to over 350 students a week. Google isn't his main channel, but it's where anyone who stumbles across the school decides whether to trust it, so a solid, active profile matters.

The gap

He had built to around 100 reviews the hard way. First by asking existing customers one by one, then by sending an end-of-term bulk email to the roughly 300 families enrolled that term. It returned maybe 10 reviews, all in one lumpy batch, with no consistency. Around the same time a main competitor started out-reviewing him, so the timing to fix it was right.

What we did

RepuLoop added an automated, personalised ask that runs in the background. Vishal layered his own touches on top, an individual end-of-term message and an SMS a month after each new enrolment, so three things now work in parallel to keep a steady stream coming in.

The results

Instead of one batch a term, reviews now land consistently. The school climbed from 101 to 185 at a steady 4.8, with fresh reviews arriving continuously rather than in bursts.

Top of the local grid

On the latest local-grid scan for 'tennis school near me', Quakers Hill lands in the top three across 40 of the 49 points measured, an 82 percent share of local voice. Several nearby schools carry more total reviews, one has 270, another 167, and still sit well down the grid, because their reviews are old and their ratings lower. Recency and a steady 4.8, not raw count, is what holds Vishal at the top.

Where it's heading

Recency and consistency are exactly what Google rewards, the signals that tell it this is an actively running business. As long as the rhythm continues, the profile keeps working in the background, holding the top of the map pack without Vishal lifting a finger.

It's bringing in reviews without me doing anything, for free. That's better than where I was before.Vishal, Quakers Hill Tennis School
